The weddings are revving up, so the blogging will be slowing down a little but I was just itching to get on with this edit.
I don't know Rachael and Sam (well I do now) but they are close friends of some of my family, who will be making an appearance in this post and who where generally up to no good! I had however heard great things about Rachael and Sam. "They are sooo lovely" "They are sooo funny". I have to say I agree, looking back at these photographs it's hard to find one where they are not smiling or laughing as is everybody else, testament to what a lovely couple and family they are. Their choice of friends, hmmmm well I'm kind of biased there!
Rachael and Sam had chosen to be married at Haselbury Mill. A quirky venue with vintage feel and gorgeous Tythe Barn. Vintage cars and army vehicles set among a babbling river and lush green fields give it a slight festival vibe.
I believe they found the venue long ago and couldn't imagine marrying anywhere else andI can see why. I relish working at a new venue, and I arrived super early to recce the site. I had a plan in mind, but would the weather hold?
Rachael's hair was done by Hannah Cutter who is a little genius, her make up was by Becky Flynn and her dress, well that was made by Sam's very talented sister! Oh yes!
The day was super chilled, filled with happy people, lots of love and lot's of Jager bombs. Its was clear that Rachael and Sam had thought about the details and wanted their guests to kick back and enjoy themselves and hopefully the preview photographs will tell the story.......
